Status Report: Opening Ceremonies

Opening ceremonies for the Numancia Municipal Library were held on Saturday, January 24, 1998.

Preceding the ribbon cutting, candles were lit and participates fell into line as they were lead in song.

The library was then blessed by the parish priest.
